Who this applies to

These terms apply to all users of Scopic, accessible at scopic.app and app.scopic.app. By using Scopic, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@scopic.app.

Your content

You own the content you create in Scopic — your projects, elements, connections, and notes. We do not claim any ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Scopic complies with applicable law. Do not use Scopic to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

The service

Scopic is in early access. The product is under active development. Features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice before making significant changes that affect existing functionality.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service. Do not use automated means to access the service in ways that exceed normal usage. Do not attempt to access other users' data.

Limitation of liability

Scopic is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a terms violation, we will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
